What hosting options are available for Collaboard?
Collaboard can run in three modes: public SaaS (data-centres in Germany, Switzerland or the Netherlands), a private Azure tenant in your own subscription, or fully on-premises behind your firewall. Nordic Alliance Group helps you choose the model that satisfies your data-residency and compliance requirements.
Is Collaboard GDPR-compliant and secure enough for public-sector use?
Yes. The platform is built and hosted in the EU, follows GDPR and ISO-27001 guidelines, and its on-prem edition has passed US DoD vetting. Nordic Alliance Group also offers sovereign hosting in a Swedish ISO-27001 facility for extra assurance.
How is Collaboard different from Miro or Microsoft Whiteboard?
Unlike purely cloud-hosted tools, Collaboard lets you decide where data lives and gives you a full API plus white-label options. It’s an enterprise product first, with guest access, granular permissions, and both private-cloud and on-prem deployments.
Can Collaboard integrate with our existing identity provider and tools?
Absolutely. It supports Azure AD, LDAP, SAML 2.0, OAuth, and OpenID Connect out of the box. Via its REST-API and webhooks you can connect Jira, M-Files, Teams, Pexip, or virtually any line-of-business system.
Does Collaboard work with Pexip for secure video calls?
Yes. Through the Collaboard × Pexip bundle offered by Nordic Alliance Group you can launch an end-to-end encrypted Pexip meeting directly from any whiteboard session, keeping all content inside the same trusted environment.
What licence models do you offer?
Nordic Alliance Group provides Enterprise and Education plans invoiced in SEK, DKK, NOK or EUR. Licences are sold per named user, while external guests join free of charge.
