FAQ
Are DTEN devices certified for both Zoom Rooms and Microsoft Teams?
Yes. The D7X Windows series is natively certified for Zoom Rooms and has passed Microsoft Teams Rooms on Windows certification. The Android-based ME Pro runs Zoom Rooms natively and can operate as a Teams front-row display via HDMI ingest.
How long does installation take?
For most rooms the hardware is “plug-and-play”: mount the display, power on, sign in with your admin account and you’re live—typically under 30 minutes. Nordic Alliance Group can provide full on-site installation and swap-out warranty across the Nordics if you prefer a turnkey service.
Can we use DTEN rooms with SIP/H.323 or legacy endpoints?
Absolutely. By adding a DTEN × Pexip licence, SIP and WebRTC participants can join a DTEN room without extra hardware. Nordic Alliance Group handles the licence provisioning and gateway configuration.
Do DTEN units support touch whiteboarding in Microsoft Teams?
With the Teams whiteboard client installed on the Windows base, you can use the touchscreen for in-meeting annotation. In Zoom Rooms, the native DTEN whiteboard app syncs automatically to cloud storage.
