Yes. Zoom’s EU data-centre region, launched in 2024, keeps recordings, chat, voicemail and contact-centre data within the EEA. Nordic Alliance Group will map which workloads can stay entirely in the EU region and where Customer-Managed Key (CMK) encryption is recommended.

CMK lets you host your own encryption keys in AWS KMS or Azure Key Vault. Even if Zoom’s cloud is subpoenaed, no one can decrypt your data without your explicit consent. It is recommended for organisations with heightened compliance or secrecy requirements.

Yes. We provide Zoom Phone licences with geographic numbers in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland and Iceland. For larger deployments, we support Bring-Your-Own-Carrier SIP trunks and certified e911/e112 routing.

No. AI Companion features (meeting summaries, chat drafts, etc.) do not use customer content for model training. Data is processed in-region and deleted after completion unless you explicitly save the output.
