Can we keep call data inside the EU?
Yes. Pexip, Rocket.Chat and Collaboard can be self-hosted in an EU or sovereign Nordic data-centre. Zoom offers an EU data-residency zone with Customer-Managed Keys.
Will our existing SIP / H.323 endpoints work?
With the Pexip interop gateway you can connect legacy rooms to Teams or Zoom meetings without new hardware.
Do you offer Room-as-a-Service bundles?
Absolutely. We combine DTEN hardware, Pexip or Zoom licences, installation and swap-out warranty into a single monthly OPEX.
Which meeting platforms can our users join natively with your stack?
Out of the box, you can host or join Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, SIP/H.323 and WebRTC meetings. Pexip handles full-frame interop, while Zoom and DTEN cover native Zoom/Teams Rooms scenarios.
We have strict data-residency rules—can recordings stay inside the EU or on-prem?
Yes. Pexip recordings can be stored on-premises or in a Nordic ISO-27001 data-centre of your choice. Zoom offers an EU data region plus Customer-Managed Key encryption. Rocket.Chat and Collaboard can also be self-hosted.
Do we need new room hardware, or can we reuse existing cameras and screens?
In most cases you can keep your current USB peripherals. DTEN units simplify green-field huddle rooms, but legacy SIP/H.323 systems can stay in service via the Pexip gateway.
How is licensing structured—per user, per room or per port?
- Pexip – named host licences or concurrent ports for on-prem deployments.
- Zoom – per named user plus optional Zoom Rooms and Zoom Phone add-ons.
- Rocket.Chat / Collaboard – named users; guests are free.
- DTEN – hardware purchase or monthly “Room-as-a-Service” bundle.
Can you integrate BankID, MitID or other Nordic e-IDs for secure login?
Absolutely. We provide SAML/OIDC bridges so users can log in to Pexip or Rocket.Chat with national e-IDs, AD FS or Azure AD while maintaining end-to-end encryption.
What bandwidth do we need for HD quality?
1.2–1.5 Mbps per stream delivers 720p; 2–3 Mbps per stream enables full 1080p with content share. All platforms support adaptive bitrate down to 256 kbps on poor links.
How long does it take to deploy a full pilot?
A cloud pilot can be live in under 24 hours. On-prem or hybrid pilots usually take 1-2 weeks, including firewall rules, SSL certs and user provisioning.
Do you provide white-label options for partners and MSPs?
Yes. Pexip and Collaboard can be fully re-branded with your colours and URL; Rocket.Chat offers white-label mobile apps. Our channel team helps you launch under your own brand.
